DOES EVE CURLS WORK FOR ALL CURL TYPES?
Yes, our products work on nearly all curl types. From soft wavy curls to tight coily curls.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COMPLY WITH THE CURLY GIRL METHOD?
Yes, all Eve Curls products are free from sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, and drying alcohols.
HOW LONG DO EVE CURLS PRODUCTS LAST?
On average, our full-size products last 2-6 months. It varies per person and primarily depends on how much product you need.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are made in the Netherlands.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, all our products are completely vegan.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, all our products are suitable for children. However, we advise caution when using our products on children aged 0–3 years, as they contain fragrance.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, we do not test on animals.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We apply the following delivery times:
Netherlands: Order before 23:59 = Delivered tomorrow
Belgium: Order before 22:00 = Delivered tomorrow
Germany: 1–2 business days
France: 1–3 business days
Spain: 1–3 business days
Italy: 1–3 business days
United Kingdom: 5–6 business days
Other: 1–5 business days
DO I REALLY GET MY MONEY BACK IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, we will refund the full purchase amount if you return your order within 14 days of receipt! Not satisfied? Then send an email to support@evecurls.com and we will send you further instructions.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
HELP WITH ORDERING
WHERE DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter your discount code in the final steps of the checkout process. The 'discount code' box is where you can input it. Make sure your discount code meets the terms and conditions, such as the minimum order amount, any required products in your cart (if the discount applies to specific items), and the validity period of your code.
CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNT CODES?
It depends on the code. Some codes can be combined, while others cannot. Be sure to check the details when you receive a discount code, as we will always mention this.
I ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION, WHAT NOW?
If you've made a mistake when entering your details, we recommend contacting our customer service (support@evecurls.com) as soon as possible. We will check if we can still update your information. Please include all relevant details in your message and clearly state the new, correct information so we can make the changes right away.
